About Final Touch™

Final Touch is a state-of-the-art AI-powered design software developed by Glidewell, one of the largest and most trusted dental laboratories in the United States.
The AI rapidly and autonomously generates highly precise prosthetic designs, which are seamlessly exported as STL files for milling.
To guarantee exceptional quality, we collaborate with DS Dental Studio in Japan, where skilled dental technicians—experts in digital dental technology—oversee rigorous quality control and design validation—ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.

Japanese Craftsmanship “DS Dental Studio”
By combining high-precision design using state-of-the-art AI software with final adjustments by skilled Japanese dental technicians,
we deliver prosthetic designs that excel in both aesthetics and fit.
The AI generates an ideal digital design based on each patient's occlusion and morphological balance.
Building upon that, our technicians meticulously fine-tune elements such as fine lines, textures, contours, and contact points.
This hybrid production system—merging digital accuracy with artisanal precision—enables the creation of restorations that offer both high reproducibility and personalized adaptation.
We provide a new form of dental craftsmanship that balances beauty and precision.
Target cases
1.Single Crown
Compatible with all teeth, from anterior to posterior.
2.Connected Crown(Up to 4)
Supports connected crowns for up to 4 units.
3.Bridge
Currently, cantilever bridges are supported for up to 3 units.
Pontic designs are available in the following types: Ridge Hygienic, Ridge Lap, Ridge Mod Lap, Ridge Ovate
4.Inlay/Onlay
Compatible with various cavity preparations, including MO, OD, and MOD cases.
Flexible Design Customization
After the initial shape is generated by AI, skilled dental technicians perform the final finishing, allowing for flexible adjustments to meet detailed requests.
Contact and Occlusal Force Balance (Premolars)
The premolar area requires both stable occlusion and well-balanced contact with adjacent teeth.
We carefully adjust the mesial and distal contact strength based on the relationship with neighboring teeth, and fine-tune occlusal contacts by checking the bite against the opposing dentition.
This process minimizes the risk of pain or debonding from excessive contact and ensures a smooth, comfortable fit for the patient.
Buccolingual Contour and Emergence Profile (Premolars)
The contour of a tooth plays a critical role in both its natural three-dimensional form and its cleanability.
In the premolar region, the prominence and curvature of the buccal and lingual surfaces are meticulously adjusted to achieve harmony with adjacent and opposing teeth—ensuring a natural shape, smooth tongue contact, and minimal pressure on the gingiva.
Delicate curvatures and subtle convexities—difficult to replicate through AI alone—are skillfully finished by experienced dental technicians, adding the handcrafted precision that brings each restoration to life.
Adjustment of the Cervical Embrasure Space (Anterior Teeth)
In the anterior region, managing the cervical embrasure space—often referred to as the “black triangle”—is essential for achieving aesthetic results.
By carefully adjusting the position and length of the contact point based on the gingival contour and the shape of adjacent teeth, we recreate a natural-looking anterior arch that minimizes visible gaps.
In aesthetic zones, even the smallest adjustments to shape and line can greatly influence patient satisfaction, so finishing is performed with particular care and precision.
Fissure Depth Adjustment (Molars)
The grooves (fissures) on the occlusal surface not only affect chewing efficiency but also contribute to a realistic appearance and reflect individual anatomical variations.
While AI provides a standard morphology, we fine-tune the depth, width, and branching of the fissures based on each patient's occlusal pattern and the presence or absence of occlusal interference.
Our goal is to achieve a natural-looking occlusal surface that is neither too deep nor too shallow, while also being easy to clean.
Aesthetically pleasing design
By leveraging cutting-edge AI design software, we create prosthetic restorations that excel not only in functionality but also in aesthetics.
The AI analyzes each patient's unique oral balance to propose the optimal shape.
Combining the precision of AI with the skill and experience of our dental technicians allows us to deliver restorations that are both natural and beautiful.
Our work is overseen by dental technicians who specialize in digital prosthodontics, enabling us to meet even the highest esthetic demands with flexibility.
Experience the high-quality, reproducible design that defines dental technology in the digital age.
